Before you call
How do I know which battery my forklift needs?
Capacity, voltage, tray size, and terminal type all have to match your truck and your duty cycle. Tell us your forklift make and model and how hard it works, and we will spec the right DEKA line. This is exactly the kind of call we take every day.
What is the difference between conventional, opportunity, and fast charging?
Conventional charging is steady and reliable for single-shift work. Opportunity charging tops up batteries during breaks to keep multi-shift operations moving. Fast charging runs at a high rate to reduce spare batteries and the storage and change-out equipment they require. We will match the strategy to your shift pattern.
Can you set up or upgrade our battery room?

Do you carry lithium-ion?
